Self Storage Insurance
Self storage insurance is available through K7 Self Storage to all our new and existing customers. This is a month to month policy with the premium conveniently paid along with your rent. To protect you and your valuables K7 Self Storage does require tenants to have insurance coverage for their belongings. You may choose the self storage insurance available through K-7 Self Storage or you can obtain insurance independently from an insurance agent or company of your choosing.
Our insurance program is specifically designed for self storage. The self storage insurance protects you against damage to, or loss of, your property from many different causes, including fire, earthquake, water damage, and burglary. There are some qualifications and exclusions. A sample of a Certificate of Insurance is available at our facility's office.
